BARNES, Kenneth Edward - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved brother, Kenneth Edward Barnes, August 30, 1947 to August 7, 2008. Ken grew up in Wyoming and worked in Sarnia before moving to Calgary where he was a supervisor with the City of Calgary Water Department. Ken enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed music and playing his guitar. Ken was predeceased by his parents (Gordon and Marie Barnes of Wyoming). He is survived by his sisters Donna (Carl) Maheu of Sarnia and Patricia (late Cameron) McLean of Petrolia, who will miss his sense of humour and love of family. Ken was greatly loved by his nieces and nephews and their children and several cousins. Also his dear friends Victor, Bruno and Larry (Calgary). Cremation has taken place.
