July 16, 2005 Justine A. Gilbert, 71 of North Syracuse passed away Saturday at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. A life resident of the Syracuse area and a graduate of Assumption School, she was a member of the Cicero Senior Center Young at Hearts Club. She is predeceased by her husband Robert S. Gilbert (1987) and a brother John Wilhelm. She is survived by one son, Robert B. (Marjorie) Gilbert; two daughters, Justine P. (Terry) Gilbert-Garvey and Mary Alice (Paul) Stewart; two brothers, Henry and Fred Wilhelm; two sisters, Kate Schultz and Mary Jane Godlewski; grandchildren, James Patrick, Katie, MacKenzie Elizabeth and Robert Samuel; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
