John Fagan April 20, 1947 - Oct 26, 2015 On October 26, after a brief battle with cancer, John Fagan passed away peacefully at 68 years of age with his loving family around him. John was a devoted husband, father, papa and friend. He leaves behind, his loving wife Sheryl, his three children, Shannon (Ken) Lisa and John (JT). Grandchildren, Rae-Leen (Nick), Kayla (Sheldon), Michael and great-grandson Emmett, as well as numerous family members and friends, both here in Canada and across the pond in Ireland.John was predeceased by his wife Marilynn in 2008, his parents Margaret and Michael, and brother Feichen.Very special thanks to Dr. Barton and the home care team for the amazing care they provided to John and the support to the family.A celebration of life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 7 at St. Edmunds Parish 13120-116 Street with refreshments to follow at the Irish Sports & Social Society 12546-126 Street.At John's request, his remains will be brought back home to Ireland at a later date.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hope Mission or Rescue 100 Horses Foundation as John always loved the ponies.
