Jeannette M. Caisse Died - August 25, 2011 Dayville - Jeannette M. Caisse, 70, of Primrose Crossing, died Thursday, August 25, 2011 in Worcester surrounded by her loving family. Born in Putnam, CT she was the daughter of the late Joseph Leo Nadeau and Rose Desrosiers. Mrs. Caisse worked as a machine operator for Putnam Braid and later as a teacher's aide at St. Mary's School. She enjoyed classical music and reading. She was a member of the Daughter's of Isabella as well as the American-French Genealogical Society. Her door was always open to lend her listening ear and to give advice. She was a great comfort to those who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed. Jeannette is survived by her sons Richard Caisse of Dayville, CT; David Caisse of Seekonk, MA, Derrick Caisse of Chaplin, CT; her daughter, Robin Carpenter of Plainfield, CT; her sisters Rosanne Robert of Iberville, P.Q. Canada, Lucienne Smith of Milford, CT, Yolande Lazarou of Dayville, CT, Anita Masi of Danielson, CT; and her eight grandchildren. Jeannette was predeceased by her sister, Irene Ethier. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jeannette's family on Monday August 29, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church St, Putnam, CT 06260. A gathering will begin at 9:00 AM Tuesday August 30, 2011 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence St., Putnam. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
