Her and her husband, Willie, immigrated to Canada in 1957 where they spent the rest of their lives in Edmonton. Jean was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had an awesome personality and a great sense of humor that she carried with her right up to her passing. Jean will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered in the hearts of her family. She leaves to mourn her loss, her children, Ann (Dave) Sharuga, Cathy (Guy) Legault and Cliff Farrell, all of Edmonton. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Matt, Bri, Josh, Kaylee, Aaron and Trae as well as two great-granddaughters, Taylor and Tyra. Jean was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Willie, in 2002 and they are now finally together again. The family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Grand Manor as well as Rosedale Estates who have been a great support for Jean over the last four years.
