WINDHAM, N.H. -- J. Peter Regan, 71, a resident of Windham and formerly of Yarmouth Port, Mass., who worked for the Dennis-Yarmouth school system, died yesterday, Jan. 30, at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the beloved husband of Monica H. (Flynn) Regan, to whom he was married for 33 years.He was born in Dedham, Mass., son of the late Michael and Agnes (North) Regan. He graduated from Boston College, receiving a masters degree in guidance and history.Mr. Regan was the pupil personnel director of Dennis-Yarmouth school system, and the executive director of Cape Cod Dispute Resolution Center.Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Maryann R. and Robert B. Young of North Chelmsford; a grandson, Connor R. Young of North Chelmsford; two sisters, Mary Filosa of Burlington, Patricia Carpenter of East Arlington, Vt.; and several nieces and nephews.He was also the brother of the late Gerald Regan.
