March 14, 2005 Helen M. Warren, 78, of North Ft. Myers, Florida, died Monday, March 14, 2005. Born in Frankfort, NY, she had lived in Central Square from 1963 to 1982 with her husband, John Harry Warren, who predeceased her in 2002. She was a teacher who received her degree at Oneonta State College, and worked in the Central Square School District for 17 years before retiring in 1982. During her tenure, she was a Principle at Hastings-Mallory Elementary School. She was a member of the New York State Teacher's Association and the Oneonta Alumni Association. Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly (Michael) Brown of Tampa, FL; a son, Kris (Janet) Warren of Central Square; and four grandsons, Keith, Cody, Ryan and Brandon. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2005, at the Watson Funeral Home, Inc., 631 So. Main St., Central Square.
