COMPAGNAT, Gilles Claude J. - Canadian Armed Forces retired; Recipient of the Order of Military Merit - Suddenly at his home in Bath on Saturday, December 20, 2008, in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Cheryl. Loving father of Torrie Robertson (Ken), Kingston and Amy Compagnat (Kevin Paradise), Kingston. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Hailey, Taylor and Shelby. Dear brother of Richmond Compagnat (Heidi), late Pierre Compagnat (Pierrette), Lisette Compagnat (late Percy Rochette), Colette Brodeur Compagnat (Jacques Brodeur), Suzanne Compagnat (Jacques Senecal), Mario Compagnat (Christiane Hivon), Jocelyn Compagnat (Lucie Gagnon) and Jocelyne Compagnat. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME, Kingston on Saturday, December 27, 2008 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. followed by cremation.
