WATERS, George F., of Lutz, Fla.,went to home to be with the Lord December12, 2010, under the loving care of family and LifePath Hospice. George was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who will always be remembered for his integrity, faithfulness, and sense of humor. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Mattie Leigh; son, the Rev. Merritt A. Waters; daughter, Georgia Leigh Rice (Kim); four grandchildren, Kristi (Craig), Tabatha, Kyle (Becky) and Kimberleigh (Kelly); and four great-grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Sean and Cevan. He was preceded in death by his father, Merritt Clark; his mother, Millicent Clark; and his brother, Jack Waters (Marzilla). A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, at Riverview First United Methodist Church, 8002 US Highway 301 South, in Riverview, Fla.
