THOMAS, Grace W., 91, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006. Funeral services will be held on Fri-day, March 24, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. from Leak Memory Chapel with the Rev. Lester Spencer and Rev. Walter Albritton officiating. A private graveside service will follow. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her husband William C. Thomas. She is survived by her three sons, William H. Thomas; H. Randall Thomas (Margaret Ann); George W. Thomas (Nancy); four grandchil-dren, H. Randall Thomas, Jr.; Wil-liam Clark Thomas; Jonathan Ren-der Thomas, Virginia Anne Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Harper Elizabeth Thomas, Henry Randall Thomas, III, and Ashby Clark Thom-as. Mrs. Thomas was proud of her church where she was a charter member of the St. James United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Francis Marion Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. Thomas was a graduate of Huntingdon Col-lege. Mrs. Thomas had requested that the Hazel Collins Class serve as her honorary pallbearers. Pallbearers will be: George Clem-ents, Robert Weil, II, Slade Rhodes, Randall Rhodes, Frank Rhodes, Randall Thomas, Jr., and Jonathan Render Thomas In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the St. James United Meth-odist Church Building Fund or the The Jonathon Render Thomas and Mabel Randall Thomas Scholarship Fund of Huntingdon College.
