He never met a stranger.Glenn was born on September 29, 1940 in Pulaski VA. He served in the Army from 1963-1965, was a dedicated employee to Eastern Airlines, 29 years, Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, 14 years. He resided in Cape Coral, FL but always called Pulaski, VA his home.Glenn is survived by his compassionate and loving wife of 47 years Margaret; children Susan, Scott and Shanna; son-in-law Mike; grandchildren Lucas, Sarah, Abbey, Elianna; brothers, Frank of Bluefield, VA, Garnett and wife Ruth of Gainesville, VA.He was preceded in death by his parents Abbie and Kunkle Johnston. Brothers Arnold, Donald and Audrey Johnston.Glenn enjoyed fishing, camping, woodworking, jewelry making and spending time with family, neighbors and friends.A memorial service to honor and remember Glenn's life will be held at the Faith Assembly of God, 6950 Bayshore Road, North Fort Myers, FL 33917 on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 11:00 am.
