September 21, 2009 Frances J. Wagner, 88, of Rochester, passed away Monday, September 21, 2009, at the Episcopal Church Home in Rochester. Born in Syracuse, she had lived in West Monroe for 35 years before moving to Rochester in 2004. She was a member of the North Syracuse Baptist Church and was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Raymond, in 2004. Surviving are two daughters, Bonnie (Michael) Locke of West Monroe and Cheri Wagner of Rochester; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services are private at the convenience of the family at the WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., Central Square, with private burial in Lenox Rural Cemetery, Canastota.
