Frances M. Nolan, 92, of Clifton Park, died Friday, December 2, 2011, at Diamond Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Troy, NY. Born in Ball- ston Spa, NY, on January 26, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Ursula Hunter Nolan. She remained in Ballston Spa until 1983, when she moved to Schenectady. Ms. Nolan was a former communicant of St. Mary's Church, Ballston Spa, NY. She was employed with New York State, where she enjoyed 40 years working as a clerk in the payroll department. Frances loved to go shopping; she adored flowers, and had a special sweet tooth for chocolate milkshakes. In addition to her parents, her sister, Margaret Boniecki, and her cousin, Howard Nolan, predeceased Frances. Those left to mourn her passing include her dear friend, Charlotte (James) Bourdeau of Schenectady, and her friends at Kingsway Village, Schenectady. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Ballston Spa Village Cemetery, Ballston Spa, NY.
