ALLEN, Ernest Wilber It is with much sadness that we express the loss of a wonderful man, who left us peacefully, with his loving family by his side, on July 7, 2004 at the Leamington District Memorial Hospital, at the age of 81 years. Late of Essex. Beloved husband and best friend for sixty years to Shirley (nee White) and loving son-in-law to Mildred and the late Harold White. Dear son of the late Wilber and Eva Allen. A precious father to Larry Allen and wife Shelley, Muriel Gerard and husband Dan and very much loved grandfather to Stephanie & husband Nelson, Sarah, Jodi & husband Gary, Craig & friend Nicole, and great granddaughter Lauren. Ernie will be sadly missed by sister-in-laws Marjorie Allen, Joyce Allen, brother-in-law Earl Emerson along with many cherished nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters & brothers Verda Campbell, Charles Allen, Alfreda Emerson, Dora Brett, Viola Jones, Ella Purcell, Arnold Allen, Ray Allen and Harold Allen. Visiting at the Stewart L. Kennedy Funeral Home, 128 Talbot Street N., Essex (776-7378) on Saturday and Sunday, 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held on Monday July 12, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment in Greenhill Cemetery, Kingsville
