NORMAN, ERNEST FRANCIS, "NORM", 67 Fanning Springs - Ernest Francis Norman "Norm", 67, of Fanning Springs, FL passed away in Fanning Springs on April 4, 2007. Born in Zanesville, OH he moved to this area from Foxlake, IL in 2000. He served in the US Navy and retired after 23 years. He was a member of The Brown Masonic Lodge of Chiefland serving as Master. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Peggy Norman of Fanning Springs; daughters, Anna Norman of Sarasota, FL and Kathryn (Jason) Coleman of Sarasota, FL; son, Ernest Francis Norman, Jr. of Alexandria, VA.; Grandchildren, Lena & Riley Coleman of Sarasota, FL; brothers, Jerry (Sondra) Norman of Nashport, OH; and Don (Joann) Norman of Berkley, MA. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 11 at 11:00 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services Chiefland. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 10, from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Norman's name to the Shrine's Hospital, 12502 Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612. Arrangements are under the care of HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES, 1301 N. Young Blvd, Chiefland, FL.
