BAXTER, Ellen Mary At the Cornwall Community Hospital, Second Street Site, on Tuesday, December 28, 2004, in her 96th year. Beloved wife and best friend for 71 years of the late George Baxter (November 5, 2004). Loving mother of Jean Ann Clair and her husband Charles of Verona and John Daniel Baxter and his wife Suzanne of Maxville. Fondly remembered by her granddaughters, Janet Baigent (Tim) and Sandra Crawford (Daniel) and her great-grandsons, Adam and Geoffrey Crawford. Predeceased by her parents, John and Isobel Willard, two brothers, five sisters and son-in-law, Bruce Reynolds. Survived by her sister, Mrs. Edythe Coleman and brother Ivan Willard (Doris). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main Street South, Maxville, (527-2898) on Wednesday, December 29, 2004 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 noon until time of the Service. A Celebration of Ellen's life will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Dr. J. Kent Clayton, officiating. Interment will follow in the Maxville Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Volunteer Services Committee at Chateau Gardens, 105 Military Road, Lancaster, ON, K0C 1N0 would be appreciated by the family.
