Edwin M. Allen formerly of Owego, N.Y. Edwin M. Allen, 83, formerly of Owego, N.Y., passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, in Michigan, where he had been residing. He was born in Wilawana, Pa., on March 10, 1924, the son of the late Clarence and Carrie (Michaels) Allen. Edwin was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie Allen. He is survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law, Edwin M. Jr. "Mike" and Linda Allen, Michigan, Peter and Virginia Allen, Montana; grandchildren, Jonathan and Joy Allen, Jason Allen, Kelly and Greg Quintana, Peter Allen, Thomas Allen, Katherine Allen, Margaret Allen; sister, Miriam Newcomb; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at Richards Funeral Home, Rte. 17c West, Owego, N.Y., on Saturday, November 17, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., with Rev.
