CHAPMAN, Edith Elizabeth (nee Overton) Peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, December 31, 2010. Edith Elizabeth Chapman age 81. Loving mother of Kenneth Lee Chapman (Karoline Eder) and his children Elizabeth and Kristina; their mother Lise Riopelle and Thomas Alan Chapman (Michele Stubinski) and their children Jay and Jodie. Predeceased by Kenneth Harvey Chapman. Fondly remembered by partner Clarence Westbrook. Dear sister of Irene (the late Bill Hamelin) and June (Bill Brosch). Predeceased by mother Hannah Overton, by siblings Robert Overton (the late Myrtle), Katie (the late Harold Marshall) and Rose (the late Norm Tompkins). Dearly missed by nieces and nephews, family and by her many friends at the Good Companions. Special thank you to all of the staff at the Civic Hospital. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) Tuesday, January 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 5, at 11 a.m. followed by a reception.
