Mr. Ebbie O'Hanlon September 13, 1946 - November 19, 2008 - O’Hanlon Edmund Francis “Ebbie” After a courageous battle, Ebbie passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Brampton Civic Hospital on Wednesday November 19, 2008 at the age of 62 years. Loving husband and best friend of Nan for 37 years. Ebbie’s memory will be cherished by his children Tanya, Janine, Chantal and Edmund. Sons-In-law Jason, Les and Mark. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Siobhane, Alysa, Shaelynn, Leah and Kaileigh. Survived by his brothers Terrance and Jim. Ebbie will be fondly remembered by many dear relatives and friends in Ireland and Canada. The family will receive friends at the Scott Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 289 Main St. North 905-451-1100 on Friday, November 21, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held in the Scott Funeral Home Chapel at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Leonard’s Roman Catholic Church, 187 Conestoga Drive, Brampton on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. In memory of Ebbie, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. “His life was unselfish, for others he lived, not for what he received, but what he could give. Thanks for the years you gave us, for all the happy times we shared. We only pray when you left us, that you knew how much we loved you.”
