Avis de décès de Douglas Lennox

LENNOX, Douglas R.O. B.Sc. (CE), P.Eng.Passed away on January 25, 2017 at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital at the age of 85. Douglas was born near Creemore, Ontario on January 14, 1932 to Wes and Prescilla Lennox. He moved to the west coast in the mid 1960''s, after working one summer on Vancouver Island, while attending Dalhousie University. Douglas worked for McElhanney & Associates and Associated Engineering for parts of the 60s and early 1970''s. For a two year period he was city engineer for the city of Dawson Creek. While living on the Island, Douglas worked as a consulting engineer and land surveyor. He also owned and operated two engineering and land surveying companies. Douglas worked throughout Canada and much of the United States. He also worked in Saudi Arabia and later in life spent six months teaching in China. A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at RC Legion, Branch #256, 1630 E. Wellington Road, Nanaimo. Condolences may be sent through www.firstmemorialnanaimo.com
