HAMMOND, Dorothy B. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy B. Hammond, 80, of Tampa, will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, May 30th at Florida National Cemetery. Mrs. Hammond passed away May 26th, 2012. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henry F. Hammond. She was the loving mother of Douglas F. ammond of Nashville, TN and Gregory R. Hammond of Tampa. She was the cherished grandmother of Cole H. Hammond, Hunter Hammond and McKenzie Hammond. Dorothy loved fishing, animals and caring for children in her daycare center for 25 years. Her chicken and dumplings will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank everyone at Pepin Heart Center and especially Teri McDonald for their outstanding compassion and care.
