Doris Stanley, in Raynham, Feb. 29, 2012, age 89 passed away following a period of failing health. Doris was born in Milton, the daughter of the late Jabez & Helena (Loud) Marchant. She has resided in Raynham and Norton for the past 49 years. Doris worked at Wheaton College as a clerical worker until her retirement. She is survived by her four children; John Stanley and his wife Mary Ann of Deerfield, NH, Lewis Stanley of Piny Flats, TN, Loretta Hamilton of Taunton and George Stanley and his wife Mary Jane of Raynham. Doris also leaves her seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, March 7 in the OKeefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton Ma. 02780 at 11a.m. Visiting hours will be prior to the service from 10 - 11 a.m. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
