Dianna M. Carpenter-Eick Dianna May Carpenter-Eick, 62, died Saturday, July 10, 2004. The service will be at 1 p.m. EDT Saturday at Word of Life Church in Fort Myers. Burial will be at 1 p.m. EDT Monday at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Kiser Funeral Home in Fort Myers (239-481-4341) is handling arrangements.Dianna, an ordained minister, went home to the throne of God while preaching her message on being ready when the trumpet call sounds, having oil in our lamps and equipping the body of Christ for effective ministry preparation for the bridegroom to come. She also attended Florida State University and earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and a master's degree in marriage-and-family therapy. She was emerging in the ministry of the shofar. It was mighty: deliverance and healing came to people as she blew it. She enjoyed teaching others how to blow it, too. She was a tremendous woman of faith. Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, Felix; two sons, Lonnie and Mario; three daughters, Val, Holly and Lona; a sister, Rita; two brothers, Richard and Regan; two grandchildren, Candace and Crystal; a niece, Brandy; a nephew, Brandon; a loving friend, Tamara; and many other friends and Aglow sisters. It's only for a while we must part, so keep the memories within your heart. If you make the right choice, I'll see you there. I took the time to show you the way. Please take the time to stop and pray. Choices will end for you, too, someday. Eternity? Where will you stay?
