HAMILTON - David S. Harrison, 51, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center due to complications of a recent illness.Born in Trenton he was a lifelong area resident. Predeceased by his father, George E. S. Harrison, he is survived by his mother, Helen K. (Tokarcik) Harrison; two sisters and their spouses, Diana (Robert) Miller and Vi Harrison (Howard Kennedy); his brother and sister-in-law, John and Ginny Harrison; his aunt and uncle, Alberta and Jack Sklarchuk; his aunt, Virginia Kerekes; three nephews and a niece, Kyle (Beverly) Chorba, Seth (Miriam) Chorba, Peter Chorba, and Kate Chorba; a dear cousin, Anna Marie Kakas; and his faithful, loving cockapoo, Rose-z.Dave was truly a unique person who overcame tremendous physical challenges to live longer and better than anyone could have predicted. His quirky sense of humor, dry wit and creative pranks will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral services are under the direction of Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, N.J.
