Clermont Poulin Pawtucketville resident, St. Rita member; 80 LOWELL Clermont Poulin, age 80, a longtime resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Thursday afternoon, June 26th, at his residence. He was the beloved husband of the late Gisele (Blais) Poulin who died in 1992. Born in St. Martin, Quebec, Quebec, Canada, on Nov. 27, 1927, he was a son of the late Alphonse and Marie (Drouin) Poulin. He received his education in Canada. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed as a drywall finisher for HML Inc. Drywall Co., of Fitchburg, MA, for many years. He was a communicant of St. Rita Church, and was a former parishioner of Ste. Jeanne D'Arc Church. Mr. Poulin enjoyed traveling, playing cards and billiards, and spending time with his family. His survivors include six sons, Jean Poulin and his wife, Donna, of Bedford, NH, Louis Poulin and his wife, Nancy of Hudson, NH, Michel Poulin of Salem, NH, Francis Poulin of Nashua, NH, Richard Poulin and his wife, Gloria, of Dracut, MA, Peter Poulin and his wife, Lorraine of Glendale, AZ; two sisters, Rose-Irma Turcotte and her husband, Alexander, of Quebec, Canada, Rose-Ellen Doucet of Quebec, Canada; two brothers, Gerard Poulin and his wife, Beatrice, of Lowell, MA, and Jean-Marc Poulin and his wife, Louise of Quebec, Canada. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, both in Canada and the US. Family and friends may call on Sunday, June 29th from 4 to 8 P.M. at the ARCHAMBAULT FUNERAL HOME, 309-311 Pawtucket St., Lowell, MA. Funeral Monday morning with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9 o'clock at St. Rita's Church, Mammoth Rd., Lowell, MA. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford, MA.
