Clara E. Patterson of Johnson CityClara E. Patterson, 90, of Johnson City, died Monday, March 4, 2002 at the Ideal Nursing Home, Endicott. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Elvira; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Mildred Patterson; sisters, Ruth Sulich, Alice DiRocco Martinez; brother-in-law, Frank Nunn and Carl Zick; a nephew, Frank Nunn; a niece, Mary Linda Patterson. She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Vi Nunn, Johnson City, Dorothy and Elwood Bower, Concord, N.C., Mildred Zick, Johnson City; brothers-in-law, Dr. John Sulich, Johnson City, I.O. Martinez, San Antonio, Tex.; nieces and nephews, David Zick, Carl Zick, Gary Nunn, Karen Juser, Dr. Barbara Bracken, Andrea Hoffman, Stephen DiRocco, Elwood Bower, Jr., Nancy Williams, Susan Bower; also numerous grandnieces and grandnephews. She retired from GAF after 45 years as a Production Supervisor. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Johnson City. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at The Chapel in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Her pastor, the Rev. Dana Karen Izzo will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 500 Main St., Johnson City 13790. Arrangements are by the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St., Johnson City.
