(nee Quinn) Peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on August 29, 2003 in her 88th year. Tia went to be with her Lord and to join her beloved husband, John Robert (Bob). Tia is survived by four of her sons: John (Judy) of Ottawa, Bill (Lindsay) of Toronto, Chris (Louise) of Montreal and Steve (Sandy) of Toronto. She leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Quinn (Sharon), Julie (Petar), Michael, Tim, David, Matthew, Lauren, Jacob, Patrick, Meghan and Ryan and great-grandson Oscar Nikolic. She also leaves her sisters Patricia Watson and Pauline Hughes, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Tia was predeceased by her husband Bob, her son Michael, her brother Tracy, her sisters Noreen Quinn, Marge Rashotte and Dorothy Quinn. Visitation will be held at the Burke Funeral Home at 150 Church Street in Belleville on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church on Monday, September 1, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal at St. Cartha's Cemetery in Tweed. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to Gleaner's Food Bank.
