Athens - Cecil Lunette Davis, 94, 727 Riverhill Dr passed away on Friday, July 18, 2003.A native of Horry County, South Carolina, Mrs. Davis was the daughter of Julius Nelson and Julia Mae Lewis Jenrette. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Luther Davis and son William Davis. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and a member of the Willacoochee Baptist Church.Survivors include daughters and son in laws Cora Susan and Paul Sisler, Arnoldsville; Sammie L. and Buck Thomas, Winterville, Julie and Don Rhodes, Athens; grandchildren Paula Sisler Rodriguez and William Paul Thomas; great grandchildren Sarah Brooke Sisler and Samuel A. Rodriguez.Funeral services will be held 2PM Monday at the Willacoochee First Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Hughes and Rev. John McMillan officiating. Interment will follow in the Willacoochee City Cemetery.The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6-9 PM at the Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Georgia.Bernstein Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.Athens Banner-Herald, Sunday, July 20, 2003
