A life celebration for Catherine Fagan, 83, Edgewater, who went home to be with the Lord on Sun., Oct. 28, 2007, will be 4 p.m. Thurs., Nov. 1, at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home, 1 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, with Catherine's son-in-law, Ben Ling, minister of Crossroads Christian Church, New Smryna Beach, officiating. Catherine was born in Appleton, Wis., and moved to Edgewater from Mobile, Ala., in 1994. She worked as a bookkeeper for 30 plus years in Rockford, Ill. She last worked at Oak Hill Police Department and volunteered at the office of the New Smyrna Beach Christian Church, now Crossroads Christian Church. She is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Becky Ling, and son in-law, Benjamin Ling, Edgewater; three grandsons, Javier Ling and his wife, Joanne, Kissimmee, Michael Ling, Ormond Beach, and David Ling and his wife, Julia, Orlando; and two great-granddaughters, Taylar Ling and Madyson Ling, both of Kissimmee. Memorial contributions suggested to Crossroads Christian Church. Arrangements are by Baldwin Brothers Memorial Care.
