DOHERTY, Sister Catherine Of the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul died on October 19, 2005 at Providence Motherhouse, Kingston. Born in Donegal, Ireland, Sister Catherine is predeceased by her parents Patrick and Margaret (Porter), her br others James, Patrick and Joseph and her sisters, Rose Kerr, Mary Ann and Sally Steigenbergs. She is survived by her sister, Margaret (Warren) Murray of Bellevue Washington and her sister-in-law Ruby of Calgary, Alberta. Sister will be fondly remembe red by her sister, sister-in-law and by the members of her religious community. Resting at the Providence Motherhouse, 1200 Princess St., Friday, October 21, from 2:00 p.m. the Vigil Service was at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in t he Chapel of Mary Mother of Compassion, Providence Motherhouse on Saturday, October 22 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal, St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston.
