Survived by his Mother and Stepfather, Donna and Tommy Milliken; Father William Chapman, Grandmother Audrey Schindelka; sisters Teri (Bert) Gallo; Tina (Carlos) Batista; niece and nephews, Alyssa, Jordan and Nolan.
