<!-- FH = BLOUNT CURRY GARDEN OF MEMORIES -->NEILL, Brenda, born November 18, 1952, precious first daughter of James Warren Neill (deceased) and Jane Carter Neill of Tampa passed peacefully away at her home in Tallahassee on Friday, May 10th. She was the adored first grandchild of Mr. & Mrs. Fred Carter (deceased) of Tampa. She is survived by mother Jane Carter Neill of Tampa and two sisters, Sharon Neill, and her daughter, Julie Dunn, and Julie's son, Jaxon of Tampa, sister, Debra Neill, and her son, Dennis Szczepanek and wife, Tonya, and their daughter, Brooke, of Zephryhills, Also was greatly loved by uncle Dr. Woody York (deceased) and wife Jackie Carter York. Brenda is also survived by the love of her life, long-time adoring companion, David Mason, Tallahassee, musician, composer, formerly with the "Eagles" as well as other famous musical groups. Brenda attended Dale Mabry, and Coleman, and graduated from Plant High School and attended Mercer College in Macon, Ga., after college, Brenda worked as a nurses' aide at Tampa General Hospital where she enjoyed caring tenderly for her patients. She was baptized at Bayshore Baptist Church. Brenda enjoyed many family weekends at the beach and at the family lake place on Rainbow Lake, swimming, skiing and canoeing. She enjoyed wonderful family trips to New York, Gatlinburg, Tennessee and skiing trips to Split Rock Resort, Pa., and Lake Placid, N.Y. Later she enjoyed visiting with her mother and family at her mother's mountain home "Heavensent" in Lake Toxaway, N.C., and making wonderful memories. She and David had many holiday visits with family in Tampa which we all enjoyed. Brenda was beautiful, sweet and loving with a tender heart, who sowed kindness to everyone. She appreciated the beauty of the world, and especially loved her family with all her heart. She will be missed by many, and will live on in our hearts forever.
