WATKINS Betty Jane Watkins, 79, passed away Friday, April 25, 2008. She was born in Willoughby, Ohio. She lived most of her life in Jacksonville and always considered that to be home. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Robert Watkins and a son, Steven Allen Watkins. Betty leaves behind her children, Robert Watkins, Jr. (Linda), Barbara Echols (Rozie), Bruce Watkins and David Watkins (Cindy). She was a loving grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 10:00am in the chapel of FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Blvd. (781-4314) with Rev. Rodney Echols officiating followed by entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 - 8:00pm Tuesday.
