RENAUD, Bernard Gaston 1924 - 2012Peacefully after a long illness at the Perley & Rideau Veterans' Health Centre on Monday, June 25th, 2012. Dearly beloved husband of Jacqueline Bergeron. Beloved father of Claude (Thérèse Desjarlais), Carole Deavy (Dan Dagenais), Louise (Denis Lalande) et Josée (Stéphane Trottier). Cherished grandfather of François (Lyndsay Valois), Benoît, Jonathan, Philippe, Isabelle, Jonathan and Amélie and great-grandfather of Alexy. Dear brother of Aurette (late Yves Vézina), Gilberte (late Laurent Neveu ), Suzanne (late René Joanisse), Jacques (Thérèse Coutu) and Monique. Dear brother-in-law of Agnès (late Sirio Mattioni). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers and sister, Roland, Marcel (late Anita Mercier), Jules (late Fernande Séguin), Maurice (late Yvette Lafrance) Gabrielle (Marcel Champagne) and André, brothers-in law Aurèle and Rémi Bergeron and sister-in- law Cécile (late Robert Binette). Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) on Thursday, July 12th, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at St-Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 55 Appleford Road, Ottawa on Friday, July 13th, 2012 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions to the Fondation Richelieu-International or to the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
