Bernard Joseph LaFontaineMarch 15, 1950 - April 20, 2013It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernard (Bernie) on Saturday, April 20, 2013. Bernie was predeceased by his wife Margaret and his father John. He is survived by his nine children, Joe, Valerie, John, Elton, Tim, Desiree (Gord), Tonya, Patrick, Laurie Longman; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Doug, Bruce, Richard; sisters Delores, Brenda (Tony), Linda (Craig), Dorothy, Margaret (André), Elaine (Gord), Jacqueline; special granddaughters Tori, Andrea, Emma, special nephew Jay (Erin), and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The family would like to thank the staff at the Regina General Hospital in units SICU and 6A. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Cecelia R.C. Parish, 5020-7th Avenue, Regina, SK. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at St. Cecelia R.C. Parish. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to RTSIS Family Support Youth Program, 4001 3rd Avenue N, Regina SK.
