<!-- FH = Trahan Family Funeral Home -->Barbara Ann Kelly1940-2013Barbara Ann Kelly, 72, of Pensacola, passed away on April 11, 2013.She was born in Pennington Gap, VA, to William T. and Pauline Pennington Wininger.After graduating from Lynnview High School, in Kingsport, TN, she became a military wife and moved often, lastly, to NAS, Guantanimo Bay, Cuba. After moving to Pensacola, over 35 years ago, Barbara worked for the FL Department of Children and Families as a human resource officer. She was an avid bowler and golfer. And she loved going to the casinos in Biloxi.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Kelly; and brother, Michael Wininger. Survivors include her daughter, LeeAnn (Michael) Kelly-Christenson; son, Michael E. Kelly; granddaughter, Kelly (Robert) MacLauchlan; siblings, William Wininger, David (Della) Wininger, Dale (Julie) Wininger, Jim (Mary) Wininger, Percy Wininger, Paula Goodwin, Tommy Jo Ferrier, Linda Cox, Carol (Elliott) Byall, Judy Wininger, Kaye (Frank) Delfino, Teri (John) Ryan; and lots of nieces and nephews.Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.A Memorial Service will be held Monday, April 22, at the Aviation Chapel aboard Pensacola NAS at 9:00 a.m., with Rev.
