Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.Mrs. King died Monday, March 18, 2013 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.She was born in Madison County, TN to Mrs. Dorothy C. Sowell and the late J. W. Sowell. Mrs. King was married on July 3, 1962 to the late Joe J. King. She was a homemaker and a member of Clover Creek Baptist Church.Surviving are her daughters, Lisa Carnal and husband Robin, and Cheryl Rogers and husband Eric, all of Jackson; her mother, Dorothy C. Sowell of Jackson and her granddaughters, Ashley Rogers of Opelika, AL, Bethany Carnal, and Amanda Carnal Morris and husband Adam, all of Jackson.Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
