->Chapman, Barbara J.Elmira: Age 65, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011at home. She was predeceased by her husband, James "Jack" Chapman Sr. on February 25, 2011 and her parents, Walter and Daisy (Beebe) Kelly. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Kenda (Michael) Furgeson of Spencer, Patricia (Lamar) Jones of Elmira, Kelly (Robert) Miller of Oil City, PA and Desirae Crane of FL; sons, Samuel (Paula) Stover and Jason and J'son Chapman all of Elmira; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; along with many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the CWV and the American Legion Post #154 in Elmira and she loved to play bingo. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, March 14th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow there at 1 p.m. with Rev. David Sullivan officiating. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Southern Tier Hospice.
