Betty Jane Wagner, 87, of Rotterdam died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home in Albany. Born in Fitchburg, MA, Betty Jane was the daughter of the late Hugh and Mildred (Durrand) Primett. A homemaker, she worked at Campbell Plastics in Rotterdam for several years and had also worked for the General Electric Company. Betty Jane was a member of the Second Reformed Church of Rotterdam. In 1969 she was predeceased by her husband of 27 years, Walter C. Wagner Jr., and has also been predeceased by her three brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her children, Donna M. Wallace (David) of Guilderland, Walter C. Wagner III (Lauretta) of Malvern, PA and Jerome C. Wagner (Sallyanne) of Rotterdam. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday morning, July 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Second Reformed Church, 118 Putnam Road, Rotterdam, NY. Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening 7 to 9 p.m. at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway &amp; Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY. Interment will be in St John the Baptist Cemetery.
