Supply ManagerAUBURNDALE -- Mr. Arthur Napoleon Farrell of Auburndale died of heart failure Tuesday (March 11, 2003) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was 68.Born in Whites-ville, Mass., on Oct. 9, 1934, he came to Auburndale from Brandon four years ago. He was a supply manager for the Air Force and a 28-year veteran, serving in both the Korean War and Vietnam War. He received numerous awards, including the Vietnam Service Medal with six Service Stars, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with two Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Device.He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion, both in Winter Haven. He was a member of the Westside Ridge Bowling League.Mr. Farrell was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Bart Farrell. He is survived by his son, Glenn Mitchell Farrell, Las Vegas; daughter, Robin Marie Teates, Mississippi; companion, Jeanne Witbrod; two grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 E. Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale.
