Anne Perkins Williams - RICHMOND HILL - Anne Perkins Williams, 75, passed away on November 5, 2007, at her home in Richmond Hill while under the care of friends, family and Hospice Savannah. Mrs. Williams was a native of Vidalia, GA. She is the daughter of the late Mabelle and Otis Perkins. She is a graduate of Vidalia High School and Georgia State College for Women. Anne married Franklin Lewis Williams of Vidalia. She and Franklin owned and managed a successful retail business in Charlotte, NC for over 20 years. They retired to Richmond Hill in 1990. Mrs. Williams was predeceased by her husband and sister, Patsy Perkins Kemp. She is survived by one daughter, Donna A. Williams, of Malibu, CA; one son, Lewis; daughter-in-law, Suzanne; a grandson, Eric; a granddaughter, Olivia, of Lufkin, TX; and two nephews and one niece. Visitation: 10:00-11:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2007, Richmond Hill Funeral Home, Cox Chapel. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Hank Perry officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to the Salvation Army, Richmond Hill Garden Club and Hospice Savannah.
