PRESQUE ISLE and CARIBOU - Anna Maria Williamson, 55, died Sept. 17, 2009, at her residence after a long illness. She was born March 19, 1954, in Caribou, the daughter of Elmer and Pauline (Michaud) Collins. She was a graduate of Caribou High School. Anna was a certified nurse's aide, having been employed at the Caribou nursing home and the Presque Isle nursing home. She married Herbert Williamson, April 9, 1988. Surviving in addition to her husband of Presque Isle are three sons, Peters Lyons and his wife, Sammi, of Presque Isle, Bryan Williamson of Charlotte, N.C., and Theodore Williamson and his wife, Tonya, of Allentown, Pa.; three daughters, Heather Lyons, Elizabeth Williamson and Ashley Williamson, all of Presque Isle; a brother, Dale Collins and his wife, Lynn, of Caribou; four sisters, Patricia Santiago of Presque Isle, Gloria Connolly of Washburn, Glenda Bell and Carolyn Malone, both of Mars Hill; and five grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at the Northern Maine Veterans' Cemetery, Caribou, with Father Aaron Damboise officiating.
