TREMBLAY, Alphee passed away July 1, 2000 at the age of 47. Alphee was a millwright at Slocan Forest Products in Mackenzie, where he has resided for over 20 years. He was a scout leader for 10 years, and his hobby was woodworking. He was happiest in the outdoors, and loved hunting, fishing and camping. He will be sadly missed by his wife Lyse, son Bradley (girlfriend Cara), his father, Heracleus Tremblay, daughter-in-law Nancy Moulun, sister, Lise (Willie) Webster, and 1 grandson Brendan. He was predeceased by his mother, Simone in 1994 and a son Brian in 1998. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral mass was held Saturday, July 8, 2000 at 10:30 am from St. Peter's Catholic Church in Mackenzie, B.C. Prince George Funeral Services Ltd. were in care of arrangements.(Peace River Record-Gazette)
