Alice LaBonte 1913 - 2008 PUTNAM - Alice LaBonte, 94, formerly of Harrison St, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Westview Healthcare Center. Born in Putnam, she was the daughter of the late Victor E. and Rose A. (Benoit) LaBonte. Miss LaBonte worked for area textile companies and also for the laundry department at Day Kimball Hospital. She was a communicant of St. Mary Church of the Visitation. She is survived by her sister, Aldea LaBonte of Dayville; and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was the sister of the late Ernest LaBonte Sr. and Cecile Y. Bodo. Alice's family would like to thank the staff of Westview Healthcare Center for the exceptional care she received during her time there. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Alice's Family at 9:30 am on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, in the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church St., Putnam, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence St., Putnam.
