HUSBAND, Alexander Paterson 93 years. Passed away peacefully on September 25, 2013 at Malden Park Complex Care with his family by his side. Predeceased by his loving wife Hellen (nee Watt) (2006). Beloved father of Sheila Fitzpatrick (Dan) and Sandra Wogan-Rice. Cherished grandfather of Jeff Smith (Nicole), Victoria Smith-Higginbottom and friend Sam Aczel, Chris Wogan, Shannon Wogan and friend Darryl Greaves, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Also survived by nieces and nephews in Scotland and England. A special thank you to the staff at Malden Park for all of your care and compassion. Alex served in WWII as a Paratrooper and Heavy Artillery Mechanic as well as a member of the 8th Army REME Corps Regiment from 1939-1946. Visitation will take place at theVictoria Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1525 Hwy 3 (1km west of Walker Road), 519-969-3939on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Further visitation will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Rev.
