Albert L. Ethier, 49, of Jenckes St., Woonsocket, R.I. died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, in Home and Hospice Care of RI Inpatient Center, Providence, R.I. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Constance R. (Lefebvre) Ethier with whom he lived and the late Leonard E. Ethier. He attended Woonsocket schools and graduated from Davies Technical High School in 1980. Albert worked several years for the former Sadwin's Manufacturing, Woonsocket. He raised funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and earned their Superstar Award. Besides his mother, he is survived by one brother, Marc Ethier and his wife Lisa of Franklin, a nephew, Nicholas Ethier and a niece, Alexandra Ethier. His funeral will be held Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, at 9 a.m., from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, R.I., with a Mass of Christian Burial, at 10 a.m., in Holy Family Church, So. Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, No. Smithfield, R.I.
