REID, Agnes Jean - Peacefully at age 95 in Shepherd Lodge, Toronto, Jean Reid, now with her Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven. Loving wife of the late Elwood Reid (1983), mother of Paul (Margaret and the late Elaine), Ross (Mary) and Marianne (the late David). Beloved grandmother of David, Barbara, Stuart, Brian, Jeffrey, Krista, Timothy and Stephanie and great-grandmother of Whitney, Rachel, Claire, Mary Kate, Kylie, Jacob, James and David. Jean served her Lord with steadfast devotion. Elwood and Jean were founding members of Leaside Bible Chapel and Jean actively supported 'Uncle Elwood' all the years of his ministry with Young Canada Bible Hour. She was a most faithful servant. Friends are invited to a reception in honour of Jean, to be held on Tuesday, December 1 at 2 p.m. at Shepherd Lodge, 3760 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to Christian Blind Mission, Talking Book Library, 3844 Stouffville Road, Stouffville, ON L4A 7Z9. Jean is absent from her body and rejoicing in the presence of her Lord. She can now see, hear, talk and walk.
