MACK-on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006 Adam Mack, Regina, and formerly of Fort Qu'Appelle, Sask. Age 88 years. The funeral service will be held in St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Fort Qu'Appelle on Saturday, October 14th, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. David Nevett officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Lakeview Cemetery. Predeceased by a grandson David Mack in 1995, a brother Joseph Mack and sister Annie Mack; Adam Mack is survived by his wife Catherine; a son Michael (Faye); grandchildren Diana (Kim) Kolenich and Derek Mack; great grandchildren Janine, Courtney, Kyle, Jamie and Chase; two sisters Veronica Hofley and Katie Butchko; several nieces and nephews; brothers in law Jack( Fran) Maddia and David ( Jean ) Livingstone. Adam Mack lived the majority of his life in Fort Qu'Appelle where he was involved in all community sports as a dedicated volunteer. His personal pastimes apart from family time included a good game of cards with his many friends.
